PROJECT MANAGEMENT
DSR has a project management team through its sister company under SGT Consulting Group named: PT Pangripta Matra Satya (PMS), which has substantial experience in developments as deverse as plantations, commercial and industrial projects. The objective of project management is to ensure that the client gets his development built to the right specification for the budgeted price at the appointed time.
A summary of the processes involved is as follow :
- Formulation of detailed development programme
- Selection and coordination of design and engineering team
- Preparation of development budget and the monitoring of development costs
- Monitoring specification and timing of construction
- Monitoring defects liability period
- Coordinating project funding
